Modern Wedding in Paris (Act II) – Editorial at Pont Alexandre III

After the graphic modernity of the Louvre, Act II takes us to one of Paris’s most iconic bridges: Pont Alexandre III. Here, the city’s texture changes—softer, more golden, almost theatrical.

For this shoot, we wanted to explore a different facet of a Parisian wedding: a romantic, luminous vision where presence and every movement become a living tableau.

At sunset, as the light gently brushes the gilded sculptures, we imagined a free, joyful stroll. As a wedding planner in Paris, I love showing how the city can reveal a thousand faces—and here, it is its most romantic side that comes to life.

A Parisian Setting Steeped in History and Poetry

Pont Alexandre III embodies, in itself, the French art of hosting:
– its Belle Époque architecture,
– its monumental gilding,
– its sculptural curves,
– and its panoramic views over Les Invalides and the Seine.

It is a place that naturally inspires romance. A place where a wedding shoot in Paris takes on the feel of a film scene, where silhouettes are softly outlined against a sky set ablaze.

The setting invites strolling. It is precisely this notion of wandering that we wanted to explore: a love that walks, that laughs, that lets itself be carried along.

A Bold Aesthetic: Romance, Volume, and Audacity

To convey this fuller, more sunlit atmosphere, we made strong, confident, and elegant stylistic choices :

The dress

A voluminous, majestic, airy gown. It unfolds with movement, a look that commands presence without ever losing its grace.

The makeup and hair

Controlled boldness with an elevated, delicately structured updo.
A confident makeup look that captures the image.

The movement as the common thread

Strolling, walking, fluidity, stolen moments, the pleasure of simply being there.
Pont Alexandre III becomes a partner on stage, a setting that accompanies every step.

Why choose Pont Alexandre III for a wedding shoot?

For couples seeking a romantic wedding in Paris, this location offers a rare combination:

  • A Spectacular View
The Seine, the monuments, the softness of the sky—an incomparable setting.
  • Golden Light at the End of the Day
A true asset for creating sensitive, timeless images.
  • A Generous Architectural Backdrop
Ideal for silhouettes, voluminous gowns, and scenes in motion.
  • A Naturally Cinematic Atmosphere
Perfect for telling a story and capturing the essence of Parisian love.

Conclusion – Toward Act III: The Eiffel Tower

After this second, romantic act, our Parisian journey will soon conclude at the foot of the ultimate emblem: the Eiffel Tower.
A truly so French finale, with a touch of “je ne sais quoi” of “la vie en rose”.

See you very soon to close this trilogy dedicated to weddings in Paris, in all their nuances.

See you in Act III.
